اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
اَعُوْذُبِااللّٰہِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِيْم
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
*_Today’s Thought for the day is from Surah Al-Hijr Ayat 10 & 11_*
*وَلَـقَدۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِكَ فِىۡ شِيَعِ الۡاَوَّلِيۡنَ .(10)*
*وَمَا يَاۡتِيۡهِمۡ مِّنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا كَانُوۡا بِهٖ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُوۡنَ.(11)*
*_Indeed We sent Messengers before you among the communities of old.(10)_*
*_No Messenger came to them but they ridiculed him.(11)_*
اور ہم نے تم سے پہلے لوگوں میں بھی پیغمبر بھیجے تھے.(10)
اور اُن کے پاس کوئی پیغمبر نہیں آتا تھا مگر وہ اُس کے ساتھ استہزاء کرتے تھے.(11)
Allah Subhanahu wa taa’la consoles the Prophet (peace be upon him), and tells him that he is not unique in his position among HIS Messengers who, like him, the earlier Messengers were also the target of much ridicule and rejection. The disbelievers always want to show their stubbornness in denying the true faith. This is the same old pattern of denial.‼️
*_Act of the Day is:_* to understand that the a Da’ee must never feel desperate when facing the ridicules of some people.‼️ This has been the usual traditional way followed by the pagans and it exists even today whenever the weapon of logic fails they resort to ridicule and blasphemy. *The main purpose of ridicule is to see that other innocent people do not get attracted to the truthful way of Islam.* By means of mockery and ridicule they try to compensate for their own weaknesses.
