[35].Surah Fatir [The Originator of Creation]
Ayat 36. But those who disbelieve, (in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) for them will be the Fire of Hell. Neither it will have a complete killing effect on them so that they die, nor shall its torment be lightened for them. Thus, do We require every disbeliever!
Tafseer of Surah Fatir Ayat 36. But those who reject (Allah) – for them will be the Fire of Hell: No term shall be determined for them, so they should die, nor shall its Penalty be lightened for them. Thus do We reward every ungrateful one! The “Fire” is the opposite of the “Garden”. Instead of there being comfort, rest, and satisfaction in their environment, there will be pain, suffering and anguish. Instead of there being dignity there will be humiliation. And there will be no hope of its termination or abatement, not even a hope of annihilation.
English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Sahl bin Saad (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ [SAWW](PBUH) said, “People will continue to adhere to good as long as they hasten to break the Saum (fasting).”
[Al-Bukhari Volume 3, Book 31, Number 178].
Lesson : “Adhere to good” here means welfare of the religion as well as that of this world. Breaking the Saum early does not mean that it is terminated before the prescribed time. What it really means is without any delay after the sunset. One should not delay it for the mere reason that the rigor one has gone through in the Saum should be enhanced further, as is done by some Sufi. There is no merit in such things because the real merit lies in following the Sunnah of the Prophet [SAWW](PBUH). Welfare of the Muslims will, therefore, come in the share of the Muslims because of their following the Prophet’s Sunnah of breaking the Saum in the early moments of the prescribed time.
