اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
اَعُوْذُبِااللّٰہِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِيْم
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
*_Today’s Thought for the day is from Surah An-Nahl Ayah 87_*
*وَاَلۡقَوۡا اِلَى اللّٰهِ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ۨالسَّلَمَ وَضَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ مَّا كَانُوۡا يَفۡتَرُوۡنَ.(87)*
*_On that day they will offer total submission to Allah, and the [false gods] of their own invention will be lost from them.(87)_*
اور اس دن خدا کے سامنے سرنگوں ہو جائیں گے اور جو طوفان وہ باندھا کرتے تھے سب اُن سے جاتا رہے گا.(87)
The Ayah describes the total helpless state of the polytheists on the Day of judgement.‼️ When their own invented gods disown and declare them as liars that is, all those things on which they had relied will prove to be false, for they will not find anyone to hear their supplication nor anyone to remove their hardships. Nay, there will be none who will come forward and say: These are my dependents, so no action should be taken against them it is there they realise their helpless state and they will offer their total submission to Allah Azzawajal.
*_Act of the Day is:_* to understand that if we do not submit to Allah Subhanahu wa taa’la today then we shall have to submit bto HIS authority tomorrow.‼️ *However, to what avail can it be*❓ _All their fantasies will come to an end on that Day, and all attempts to find mediators, reconciliation efforts, and hoping for glory and seeking support from any one but Allah Azzawajal will be out of question._ The human nature that was created upon the clean fitrah of Tawheed became covered with the thick veil of darkness of shirk so much that it didn’t allow the light of truth to penetrate it in the life of this world. Thus their late confession and submission was of no avail.
This Ayah reminds us:
1. To worship Allah Azzawajal Alone.
2. Rejection of false gods.
3. To reject innovations.
4. To prepare for Judgment Day.
5. To seek forgiveness.
